Welcome to Boxia Sports. These Terms & Conditions govern access to our website, use of our online services, product purchases, wholesale transactions, and custom manufacturing or private-label projects.

By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment, or engaging our manufacturing services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

The website provides information about our boxing, combat sports, training, and related products, as well as our manufacturing and supply services.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated, corrected, or changed without prior notice. Product images, specifications, colors, dimensions, availability, and other details may vary where reasonable and may not always represent the final production appearance.

Use of the website must remain lawful and must not interfere with its operation, security, content, or other users. Unauthorized scraping, automated data collection, copying of website content, attempted access to restricted systems, or misuse of the website is not permitted.

Products and Manufacturing Services

We offer boxing and combat sports gear for individual customers, retailers, gyms, distributors, brands, and other business customers.

Products may be supplied as standard items or manufactured according to customer specifications. Custom and private-label projects may involve product specifications, materials, colors, branding, packaging, labels, artwork, quantities, and other requirements agreed during the ordering process.

Manufacturing begins according to the specifications and approvals confirmed for the applicable order. Reasonable variations may occur between samples, photographs, digital representations, and finished production, particularly in color, material texture, stitching, dimensions, printing, and other manufacturing characteristics.

Quotations and Orders

A quotation is based on the specifications, quantity, materials, customization, packaging, shipping requirements, and other information available when the quotation is issued.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations do not constitute a binding offer to supply. An order is confirmed once both parties have accepted the required commercial terms, specifications, approvals, and payment arrangements.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where production requirements, payment conditions, product specifications, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business considerations prevent fulfillment.

Custom and OEM Orders

Custom, OEM, and private-label products are manufactured according to customer-approved requirements. Before production begins, customers must review and approve the applicable designs, specifications, sizes, quantities, colors, logos, artwork, packaging, and other order details.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible. Any approved changes may result in additional costs or adjustments to the production schedule.

Custom work cannot include content, logos, trademarks, designs, names, or other intellectual property that the customer does not have the legal right to use. An order may be refused or canceled where requested customization infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise unsuitable for production.

Pricing and Payment

Prices depend on the agreed product specifications and commercial terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, shipping costs, insurance, or other destination-related expenses.

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, credit arrangements, and payment deadlines will be communicated with the relevant quotation or order confirmation. Production or shipment may be delayed or placed on hold where required payments have not been received.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

Lead times may depend on product type, quantity, customization, approvals, material availability, production schedules, shipping arrangements, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information. Delays caused by incorrect information, customs procedures, carrier issues, import requirements, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a failure to fulfill the order.

For international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, import permits, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed.

Inspection and Claims

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery. Report any shortage, incorrect item, visible damage, manufacturing issue, or significant discrepancy within a reasonable period after receipt, along with relevant order information and supporting photographs or documentation.

Where a valid manufacturing or fulfillment issue is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Claims relating to damage caused after delivery, improper storage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a remedy.

Returns and Custom Products

Return eligibility depends on the product and the reason for the return. Standard products may be eligible for return where permitted under the applicable return policy and subject to the stated conditions.

Custom-made, personalized, OEM, private-label, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be reviewed and addressed under the applicable warranty or returns process.

Product Warranty

Applicable products may be covered by a product warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects for the period stated with the product or agreed in writing.

A warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, documents, software, and other materials, belongs to [Company Name] or its respective licensors unless stated otherwise.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, or used on another website without prior written permission.

Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they lawfully provide for an order. By submitting artwork, logos, designs, trademarks, or other materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them for the requested products or services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Information exchanged during quotations, product development, OEM projects, private-label manufacturing, and other business discussions may include confidential commercial or technical information.

Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement.

Website Content and Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, hosting issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Website information does not constitute professional, technical, legal, medical, or sporting advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boxia Sports will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products, including loss of business, profits, data, or anticipated opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where liability relating to a product or order must be limited to a particular remedy under applicable law, the remedy may, where legally permitted, be limited to repair, replacement, resupply, refund, or the reasonable cost of obtaining the relevant remedy.
